This project in George Street Edinburgh was undertaken over two phases due to the Edinburgh Fringe festival. Phase 1 was the repairs and decoration of the shop front ready to impress the influx of visitors to the city. Phase II involved mechanical and electrical works, flooring repairs, extensive decorations and joinery works. The property is a fine example of late 18th century architecture, listed, and on a busy pedestrian street in central Edinburgh.
