This is a new shell fit out for GANT at the prestigious Broadgate development at London’s Liverpool Street Station and provides a first store for GANT in the east end of the city.

 

The 200m2 unit was given a complete services design and installation to interface with the landlords demise. New walls formed the sales area and back of house, the latter including Manager’s office, staff canteen, toilet and fully fitted stockroom. Stained oak flooring was laid to the front of house with carpeted fitting rooms. The doors, skirtings, raised curved window bed with diamond design were manufactured by our inhouse joinery facility in York. For the decorations a spraying technique provided a crisp, clean finish. Furniture was received from Sweden and stored, then installed in to the store which was fully finished and sparkle cleaned ready for the VM team to merchandise once Lockdown #2 allows.

 

Despite these trying times of Covid-19 we handed over to the delight of the Client team who said it was “tremendous, 10 out of 10”.
